Q: How frequent your trade visits are?
A: Generally, all the outlets and customers will be visited on a weekly basis. Trade visits for the resorts and Island customers will be carried out according to their needs.
 
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: No. However, we do not entertain order of single unit or order of volume below 10.
 
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: For our regular customers, we will deliver your goods within one day of your order. However, urgent order will be delivered immediately.
 
Q: Do you offer door delivery? Is there any charges for door delivery?
A: Yes, we offer door delivery, but we do not tax our customers on delivery cost.
 
Q: What is your mode of payment?
A: It depends on the customer, we do receive both cash and cheques. Credit facilities would be granted by the head of department based on customers' credit worthiness.
 
Q: Do you appoint direct dealers in those major islands? What is the procedure?
A: Yes, we will obtain bank guarantee before appointing direct dealers and assure of their business direction.
 
Q: How can you benefit our business?
A: We strive to offer our expertise and knowledge to help you in expanding your business and thus strengthen our business relationship. Meantime, we conduct various trade and consumer promotion to generate economy return. SIMCON also provides the customers with Point of Sales Materials (POSM) to stimulate impulse purchase.
 
Q: Do you recruit people?
A: Yes, we normally recruit sales or marketing staff, administrative staff, business development executives and manager. SIMDI is a group of companies. All application letters will be forwarded to the Human Resources Department for future consideration in other departments.
 
Q: What do you expect from your customer?
A: Timely payment, honest dealing, relevant information and consolidated business relationship.
